I have been in many aspects of real estate since the mid 80’s starting off working in an attorneys office in Seattle for several years which taught me in-depth and appreciation for real estate law. I have been licensed since 1992 and stared with real estate 1031 Tax Differed Exchanges. My experience includes managing a real estate office, full-time listing and sales representative, a CIBA (Commercial Investment Brokers Association) member, a Buyer’s agent and on the Board of Directors for three years for the greater Yelm area of real estate agents. I personally am an investor in real estate for numerous years and feel it the best possible place to park your money.
